to Teach Writing Chain Story in English Writing is boring sometimes. Not only
the students, but also the teachers feel bored. This skills seems complicated
and need more energy. Teachers should try to avoid boredom in teaching writing.
One of the way is using chain story. Chain story provides an opportunity to
students to express idea freely. It's fun. How to teach writing using chain
story in English? Here are the steps:1. Ask students to sit in sequence.
2. Ask students to prepare a piece of paper.
3. Ask them to write a sentence "There was an accident yesterday." You may change the sentence.
4. Ask students to write a sentence again to continue the first sentence.
5. Ask students to give the paper to a student next to him/her.
6. Ask students to write a sentence to continue the second sentence.
7. Ask students to give the paper to the next student. Continue the step until they make up 10 sentences.
8. Ask them to read and tell the funny thing in the story.
